SDS Food Ex Private Limited was founded in 2026 by three partners who had been watching the same opportunity take shape from different vantage points. Thai consumer brands were looking for a patient, accountable way to reach Indian consumers, and India's modern trade and quick commerce channels were actively searching for international snack portfolios that could move with their pace.
Our primary work is the import, branding, and distribution of Thai snacks and beverages across India, including chicken chips, healthy chip ranges, jelly drinks, fruit beverages and traditional Thai shelf staples. Alongside this, we operate a trusted outbound lane that connects Indian producers and processed food manufacturers with reliable buyers in Thailand.

Shiva leads India operations at SDS Food Ex. He oversees imports, warehousing, and pan India distribution, working closely with customs clearance agents, logistics partners, and retail supply chain teams so that every container lands cleanly and reaches buyers on schedule.
Dheeraj leads marketing and category development. He works alongside modern trade chains, quick commerce platforms and hospitality buyers to position each product thoughtfully on Indian shelves, translating Thai favourites into launches that feel natural to Indian consumers.
Sreekar leads partnerships at SDS Food Ex. He spends much of his time in Thailand, building long term relationships with manufacturers, negotiating exclusive distribution rights, and sourcing the products our Indian buyers have been asking for. His focus is on trust and the kind of supplier relationships that hold together when an order doubles overnight or a specification needs to change mid production.
